How is StockChartNet different?
- StockChartNet allows you to manage a portfolio of over 100 stocks in only a few minutes a day.
- Our powerful Buy and Sell indicators allow you to see at a glance which stocks in your portfolio require attention.
- Traditional systems encourage you to buy stocks and hold on to them:
StockChartNet encourages better management of your portfolio,
so that you only hold your stocks while their value is increasing.
- Because StockChartNet is completely web based, you can access it from anywhere without having to download any data or software.
- StockChartNet is powered by a proprietary technical analysis program.
The market's opinion of a stock is reflected in its price movements,
and these movements are examined to generate the buy and sell indicators.
- StockChartNet does not examine fundamental, dividend or other data: the indicators are generated purely from price patterns.
- StockChartNet is not an online broker: you must place all transactions through your own broker.
StockChartNet only provides the management system for your stock selections.
- This allows you to paper-trade and build confidence in the way StockChartNet works.
- StockChartNet has two straight-forward ideas:
1. Don't hold stocks while they decrease in price
2. Only hold stocks while they increase in price
- By applying these two ideas, each gain is retained as cash and is available for reinvestment.
- The chart shows how to retain your gains and compound the growth of your capital.
- StockChartNet's advanced Buy and Sell indicators tell you when to hold and when to avoid each stock.
- Your portfolios are automatically grouped into Watch, Buy, Hold, Caution, Avoid and Sell sections
so you can easily see which stocks are in which category.
- Change your mindset! You will be managing a range of stocks, not holding on to one or two.
This is easy even for those new to the share market, as StockChartNet supplies the Buy and Sell recommendations.
- Register your username on the "Registration" page. You receive 20 days free use of StockChartNet when you register.
- Once you have logged in to StockChartNet,
look at the "Help - Getting Started" section for how to set up your first Portfolio Watch List.
- You will have a portfolio of many stocks, but won't own them to begin with.
As time goes by, StockChartNet will indicate which of your stocks are ready to buy or sell.
- You will use a small amount of your available capital on each purchase,
so that you can purchase the other stocks in your portfolio when they become ready to buy.
Can I try StockChartNet for free?
- Yes! When you register for a username, you receive 20 days free use of StockChartNet.
This will allow you to evaluate all the features of StockChartNet before purchasing a subscription.
- When your 20 free days have passed, your settings and portfolios will be saved. Once you have extended
your subscription for your chosen markets you will be able to access your portfolios again.
- Beta Users: If you have already been given a username and password,
you can use these with the "Login" link on the main screen.
